Top strategies to reduce challenging behaviours

 
August 3, 2021 -- COVID-19 is having a negative impact on Canadians’ mental health, with many seeing their stress levels double since the onset of the pandemic, according to CAMH (the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health). 

Behaviour is a common outlet for mental health concerns. Aptus’ Clinical Team, in partnership with Mackenzie Health Centre for Behaviour Health Sciences, has created a Tips Guide for parents and professionals, including recommended strategies, such as “Pairing,” which are commonly used in Behaviour Therapy.
