Aptus Teaching Landscape – a 4-acre community space connected to Aptus’ Toronto School and Downsview’s Anthony Road Park. Over 2000 people per year access community gardening, recreation and events.
Traditional Day Supports – daytime supports (to over 100 people) with an enhanced focus on community-based programming. For example, daily walks, volunteering, accessing education, fitness programs, achieving goals or dreams, creative pursuits and skill building.
Respite – including in-person day supports, camp programs and virtual respite. Camps include Camp Jordan for adults and Summer and March Break Camp for children and youth. Accessed by 105 people.
