Aptus’ mission is to support inclusion. Aptus aspires to be a culture where everyone feels welcomed. Aptus adheres to strict anti-discrimination and harassment policies. Aptus established an Equity Committee in 2020, led by staff, which provides input to the Board and senior management team while advocating on behalf of the equity of people supported, staff and families.
